Type A "Life Data"
Big Data for the Life of a Type A Student at Michigan State
As an enthusiastic and tireless worker, I have often found myself to be committed to what feels like 100 things at once. What started as a simple Outlook calendar blossomed into a 17 tab all inclusive and comprehensive spreadsheet. With utilization of conditionals, visualizations, cross-tab lookups, pivot tables, and more - I believe I have developed the ultimate "Life Tracker" for those as ambitious in livelihood.
For a deeper dive: I have struggled at times with fitting smaller tasks such as grocery shopping into the work/academia schedule. With my developed planner, I can manipulate my weekly schedule to fit in these livelihood tasks between classes or work. This planner also helps me to quantify my percentage of tasks completed per day and my mood, simply as more of a curiosity measure. As a financially independent young adult, it has also been crucial to me to be able to manage my finances effectively, including pursuit of higher education. With the budget planner, I am able to utilize multiple sources of income in addition to current savings against stagnant bills on a monthly basis and even track what categories of overhead spending I habitually spend the most time on (restaurants, shopping, wellness, etc).
Due to high desire from my colleagues, friends, and peers, I was even led to open an Etsy storefront with templates of these sheets to sell at low price for another form of passive income. If interested in checking out the storefront, look below:
